Our Annual Poinsettia sale has begun! Help us spread Christmas greetings and beauty in our community! Also known to some as "red plants", these incredible flowers decorate homes, businesses and churches every Christmas season. They are enjoyed each year as much as all of the other Christmas trimmings. Our Rotary has sold hundreds of these flowers over the years and we hope to continue to spread their beauty throughout our community. All proceeds from the sale support local charities and scholarships.
You can purchase 6,8 and 10 inch, 10 inch hanging basket, an extra large plant, and/or 6 and 8 inch Christmas Rose poinsettias. All are locally grown and beautiful! You won't be disappointed.
To order, you can print and complete the order form below and follow mailing instructions. Or you can contact Jeff Cohen at [email protected] or a member of the Rotary Club of the Villages to receive an Order form.
Many thanks from all.

2020 Alzheimer's Walk
On Saturday, October 10th we Sponsored the Villages Alzheimer's Walk. Along with the other two Rotary clubs in the area and the beautiful, generous neighbors and friends that reside here, we have raised $77,000 and the window is not yet closed to donate. Please give and be a motivation to others.
On October 17th, the participating Rotary Clubs and supporting others, will be holding its third Food Drive of 2020. Prior events were very successful, and we hope to make this one that much better. So many persons and groups have joined with us to maintain and improve our outcomes. We offer our most heartfelt thanks to those who will be participating with us - and that includes the incredible number of those who contribute with their food donations. Please share this information with your friends and neighbors.
SHELTER BOX 2020 UPDATE!
OUR CLUB IS SO PROUD! We not only met our Shelter Box/Stock the Box goal, we surpassed it! Altogether, we raised over $11,000! We cannot thank everyone enough for getting behind us in this effort! In fact, we raised more than any other club in the Nation during the "Stock the Box" campaign in July and August. We are very pleased to have been presented with the Silver Award for our work!
Our leader, Ron LaDucer and his wife, Jean Hanman, are very involved with the Shelter Box organization which partners with Rotary. The team is available to make presentations on the service to your civic group, church or similar gatherings. If interested, call Ron at [email protected]
